REDEVELOPMENT

We are seeking opportunities for redevelopment and reuse options, targeted to revenue-generating job creation and economic diversification, which may include the active marketing and management of the Wilmington Air Park and surrounding areas.

The Wilmington Economic Task Force Redevelopment Subcommittee recently invited graduate students from the University of Cincinnati to analyze Clinton County’s economic situation and recommend strategies for improvement. Based on the analysis and case studies, three sectors have been identified for business development: agricultural/agribusiness, manufacturing and transportation.
